Instagram - not getting likes on new account

So my first and second image was fine but then my next 3-4 images have only received likes from my followers but not from people finding it in the hashtags.

The hash tags should be fine and are around 15~ hashtags on each post.

Am I flagged or somehow post banned? Proxy?

I would appreciate help to understand this :/
