Instagram mass tagging program

Hi some time ago. There was a post about someone who create a instagram post and tagged over 10million people in it.

Was curious about if anyone know a program that can do that?
Would like to test it out and see the ROI by mass tagging if it can create any conversions at all.

So if anybody have some information about such program/software please share
Or if you have tested it out and can share some numbers on the CTR rate.

All bots can do that, since you only need to comment tagging some users.
You'd probably want to scrape them before tagging (you could select a specific niche) since tagging random users won't work.
By the way if you want to tag millions of people you will need many accounts..let's say you want to target 1kk accs and you tag 5 accounts per comment, you will need 1kk/5=200k accounts if you use them once.
If you don't want to tag millions of people you would like to use some smm panel.
