YES! You can use Jarvee, I think first 7 days are free (trial period) after that is $20 for 1month subscription. You can add up to 10 accounts, like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter as well.. I use it from 4 months!

No bro. Beside scraping Jarvee uses the scraped list of user to follow/DM/like&comment on their posts etc.
