Hey guys

For past few months I have seen few people mention my page on their Instagram live. Of course I know there isn't a live going.
I wanted to know how these people do this? If anyone knows share it with BHW fam.

And Also,

I want to know the current Instagram Follow/unfollow limits /hr.

It is nearly 3 years old.

This method don't work, people start to attack as spam and the account is banned. Take care.
