instagram link help

ive been stuck for a few hours now, im finally resulting in asking for some help I noticed when you send links or have a link in bio on a app like instagram when a user opens that link, it opens in there own built in browser which I seen two sites offer a service to bypass this so when someone clicks on mobile it auto opens the link in the users phone browser could anyone help with this? ive tried redirecting new tabs.
