Do you follow only public accounts or both (public and private) and how do you filter public accounts only when you search in a certain niche?

Do you only follow or do you perform other actions at the same time too like commenting, liking, etc?

Trying to build a follower base that engages and not just necessarily follows back with no engagement.

I just follow, the engagement comes by itself...
