Hello to all.
I hope this helps anybody who's still on Instagram field and is looking to evitate the blocks that has gone wild lately.
All this is based on personal experience only and could be different will other cases...

  • Don't use fresh accounts (0-12 Months). On my experience they get blocks of different kinds, mostly with following not more than 30 people per hour. You can easily buy old (+1 Year old) accounts here on the Marketplace for and avg price of 1.5$ per account.
  • Use only 4G proxies. I understand it could be costly for someone, but consider it as in investment. ipv4/ipv6 are most likely to damage your work, 4G could do too but the risk is lower. If you use automatic tools try to find the cheapest/best proxy provider on the Marketplace, if you are doing it manually invest on some monthly plans for 4G network.
  • Is you use automatization try to keep your settings as 'human' as possible. That means rest the software during night, send no more than 50 following or likes in 10 minutes for example and then rest the program for 1 hour minimum etc. Just keep the settings as you were going to do all your instagram tasks manually.
  • If you are using instagram manually use the app only. I've had issues on running accounts sometime in the app and sometime on the browser. Also, if you are in the manual side rotate the IP of your 4G network manually (hotspot for at least 10 seconds and recheck that IP is changed).
  • I recommend using not more than 3-5 accounts for 4G proxy (althought I've used up to 10 accounts). Most of you say that 1 account per proxy is better, but no-one can affort 100 4G proxies for 100 accounts. I've found my sweet spot at 7 accounts per proxy.
  • Dont try to send more than 5000 following in total. Everything you'll do will not surpass that number, it's exactly as the 7500 limit that has been before, you simply cannot pass that.
  • If you reach your total of 5k following don't think you can just unfollow them and start over, it will not work. On my experience this lasts 1 month. After 1 month (if you have unfollowed all of them) you can start over and repeat.
  • Using this tips I've reached a maximum of 200 followers at the same time, 800 following daily. For me, that is the max you can go without risking anything.
  • Unfollowing more than 1k per day, simply don't do it. I only use unfollow manualy via App (Follower Assistent for Android, highly suggested). You can go up to 1k unfollowing per day (200 per everytime) and i wouldn't surpass that. Keep in mind that if you unfollow 1k per day for 3 days in a raw you will be blocked on following or posting (usually has been blocked for some days and than is was fixed).
  • Double PV are a big signal that you need to let that account alone. If it proms for 1 PV you'll be fine (if you are doing it manually it shouldn't be a problem since you have already invested on SIM cards), but if it promps the second time just leave the account there... it's not worthy. It will keep asking for PV and you'll be using SIM cards or PV services for ethernity and at the end you'll still have the accounts blocked.
  • For PV manually, you can verify 2 accounts with 1 SIM card and then that number is worthless for 2 weeks. After 14 days (Don't delete the Facebook messages so you can see how long it has been since last sms) you can re-use those number to verify 2 accounts again.
All this is based on personal experience only during the last 2 months.
I've been growing accounts from 0 to XXXk followers and selling them for around 2 years. Using this tips i'm am still doing what i was doing on the last 2 years.

All this is to help anyone who needs help, feel free to add any suggestion you may think.

Thank you for your time, Happy Instagramming.

Did you follow / unfollow in the same day ?

The aged accounts have been proved to be of the same quality or even lower (if bought from someone shady) than the new ones that are created correctly. If it is an empty or hacked account, it is better to create your own or buy from someone reliable than getting stolen ones and see them banned after two weeks without even logging in once.

Nice threadn
Only one question tho, are you following 800 daily or 200 daily?

Good advise op.
:)

No, I unfollow after some day... maybe 3-5 days.

As I have mentioned, for me aged accounts worked better. I created fresh accounts over 4G and brand new mobile to test them and still got the block. Bought 40 aged ones from 2 sellers here on the marketplace and they worked all fine.

What bot do you use or recommend?
Personally I dont use bots, i have a demand of 40 accounts monthly which i can manage manually. Plus, I dont have any experience of bots to be honest, thats why i cant recommend none. But hey, most of the OGs here recomment Jarvee, I would stick with it if it's half as good as advertised.

I am currently following 200 at a time, 4 times a day... so 800 daily.

Bardhi, this is really awesome list of advices. Thanks.
It's short, to the point and fresh.

Also, I would love to add, that based on my experience with 4G proxies, it's better to get private one, not shared one.
This way you 100% sure that you are the only one who control the amount of IG accounts from the same proxy.
On shared one you have no idea how many accounts else is used right now by other people on the same port.

Yes, definitly use only private ones. It lowers the risk IMO.

Thought gets blocked if it's passes 6000 monthly
Sure it does, to me even to 5000 gets blocked. But to what I do, I only need to send 5000 and get 50% back, even better if all this happends in 1 week

getting 50% is your target for each account monthly ? Or 50% back allows you to do more ?
My clients need accounts with real 3k followers. So I send 5000 per account in 1 week and get 2500 back. Than a little push by a shoutout gets the account 3k and I sell it as is. That obviously gets multiplied for 40 acc monthly.

:)

I am currently following 200 at a time, 4 times a day... so 800 daily.

Damn nice,so you do go over 6k total each month? Or is that ”new limit” bs?

Also, do you rest when doing those 200 follows?
How many pers hour and any intervals etc?

Flm shum vlla!

So you manually follow 200 accounts each time - 4 times a day?
Without interval or whatsoever? Without getting blocks?
Do you use a phone - app? And proxies? if so how?

Thanks for the tips!

No I don't rest when sending 200 followers, send 200 and let it rest for some hours before sending the next 200.
Ska gje vlla ;)

As for the follow, yes... 200 at a time, 4x day, no blocks.
Yes, I use the App on the phone, over 4G network all the time. Time to time I reset the IP via the hotspot method.

How many likes do you do per day ? Im using random follow per day. One day I follow 200, other noone, other 500, other noone again. But I'm afraid of doing more than 200 likes a day.

PS: Im using Data Center Proxies. Idiots think I'm lying but I'm not! I just do what a normal disciplined user do on APP to increase followers

I do 0 likes. On the current project I am working i don't need none.

You must have plenty of free time though, managing more than 5 accounts and doing it manually will take most of your precious time. How do you manually follow? you go on a specific target page and click the follower lists and follow them? how can you filter them? such as if the account is still active or not? I'm using a bot which can filter the accounts based on the date(of your liking) of its latest post or if it has posting a my day, if it was more than 35 days(my personal settings) it's expected to have a lower chance of getting a follow back, my bot will skip it, doing it manually by checking individual users' account for proper filtering is so hassle. You can by the way look for fresh post of a huge account of the same targeted niche and check all the people who liked it, it only take a common sense that the likers of a latest posts means all active accounts and will give you a better chance of getting a follow back. I can't imagine manually clicking follow, and counting 1-2-3-4.... up to 200, and repeat it 4 times daily, on 40 accounts. Repetitive tasks are for robots, not for the most intelligent creatures known to walk on earth.

Doing things on the app manually is so different by the way, it adds a huge credibility on your actions. On bots, you can get a follow blocked, but you can still follow on browsers or on the app, following manually or automatically using browsers can also get blocked, however clearing cache and cookies works well, you can re-login and follow again. This come into my mind and I got a theory that when you are logged-in and doing actions on the app it means authentic, since there's no bot based on automating the actual app itself, repetitive actions based on browser or browser integrated apps are sketchy and they will block it afterwards(if you are not careful about the settings). The way they detect the device is basically via "browser user agent" i tried faking it based on the user agent of the instagram app itself on my phone but once they tagged your browser or integrated browser as bot user agent is useless, there's no way you can make the automation works again not unless you clear everything, cache, cookies, IPs, etc. I'm pretty sure they detect each login session with a unique identifier, and not just based on user agent, so regardless of logging out and relogin it is still block.

I program my own bot, upon knowing that actions given on the instagram app is more genuine than anything else, it comes to my mind to automate my instagram app, however I'm using android, and the instagram apk though partly open-source is way more complicated to overhaul and integrate my own codes for automation, also detection system are not actually embedded to the app itself, its on their servers, your account's overall record is always the basis for the block, editing the app to have autopilot is the best option, but doing it was so complicated, though i'm a programmer and was able to published several apps we developed before on playstore, i'm really not confident yet on my android dev skills. I was able to automate it by the way by mirroring my phone screen on my windows pc. hahaha, you can google for mirroring app there are plenty of them on the playstore, I now use click mapping technique on windows to click on the things that it was suppose to click on a specific time interval, i filtered my following lists using a different scrapping method, all the users that i was suppose to follow is saved on a text file, it automatically copy the username, and paste it on the app search using action mapping, click the follow, and wait for the random interval before repeating it. I haven't get a block after all, as long as i stick to the proper settings, i can go more than 200 follows a day, but not 6000 follows a month, I usually max out the 6000 follows earlier as possible instead of distributing the actions to 30 days, this way I can have more days to rest my accounts before the limit got reset on the following month. I'm using a low powered intel celeron 2 cores with windows 10, and my old android phone both hooked up to the power supply with passive cooler for this experiment, running more than 2weeks now. Before I'm using raspberry pis for my automation, hooked to my internet modem and never experienced any increase on electricity bill because they are very low powered. I'm not sure how much damage my current setup would bring to my bill, but its for sure not that much, i prefer running my own machine as i have plenty of spare rather than renting a VPS, i also have several micro servers at home which I used for my experimental projects but not on this one, as I want to maximize gain and lessen my expenses on electricity bill.

All i do takes me 2 hours a day for 40 accounts...
