I have tried doing the same yesterday for 2 of my accounts which have like 150 and 200 followers each and they are 2-3 years old. I followed 100 first hour and then after 3-4 hours later I did another 200 and after 4-5 hours when I followed 1 account it got action block. Same thing happened to the other account as well. Any tips to avoid the block?

Not really... try different accounts, different sources or change the ip

Are you following 200 manually? I have an account with real good (imo) content. Struggling to get it in front of people. When I had a bot following/unfollowing people I was getting 200+ followers a day. Please I would love some help now that bots are all banned.

As for your question, yes i am following 200 manually (even more).
As for bots, i have never used them (explained previosly in the thread) but i dont think they are all banned... i think you just need to find the right combo on bot-proxy-account. Hope that helps! Good Luck

Right now I am working from my wifi only with manual actions (follow/unfollow).
Can you recommend any good 4g Proxy providers?
What actions are you performing these days and how much time do you leave in-between?
How much is the max of follow and unfollows you perform daily without getting AB's?

Hi.
I can really recommend any 4g providers since i use my own 4g plans on different sim cards...
I can follow still the same as mentioned in this thread (up to 800 a day) sending 200 follows at once and leaving the account rest for some hours (4-5).
