I need a programmer who is able to develop an Instagram image uploader VIA desktop with working hashtags, (non-ghosted hashtags) For now just be able to run one account and not proxy supported. Please let me know. I have a pretty high budget for this. Private message me for my Skype ID.

why would you need a custom tool when followliker can do this? a custom bot will cost you more than that, plus followliker has all the other functions you may not need now, but you may need in the future and it comes w/ updates which is much needed, because instagram changes things quite frequently

Followliker cannot do this, I already emailed them and they said right now they have issues with hash tagging.
