! INSTAGRAM HELP ! GLITCHED ACCOUNT

Some days ago, I left an inappropriate comment and Instagram decided to remove it. After the decision was made, instagram started showing "Can't refresh feed".

Usually, when this happens, I have to agree with the decision and move on. This time, my account is glitched and doesn't load by any means. The account is not banned or removed, it's still live, but I can't perform any action. When i enter the app, i see a black screen (see photo) with "Can't refresh feed" message. After some time, the black screen turns into a loading screen (see photo). Once the loading is complete, I am redirected to a blank page where an error is displayed. I can't acces the account using web browser, a different phone. I tried reinstalling the app, deleting cache, changing phone, using VPN. I can't change the password or do any change. The account is simply frozen. Any solve?

I can't contact them via the glitched account. I tried, I can write the message but when i send it i receive the arror "Ooops, something went wrong".

This happened to me once. After the comment is deleted you have to agree with their decision. After you agree, the account gets unlocked. Last time when this happened to me, I couldn't agree with the decision from the phone but I could do it from the pc. This time, it looks like the account is blocked in that loop where i can't accept their decision.
 
So , you may just create a new account , and then try to contact with instagram , and tell them the issue , and also put your original instgram ID

Done that, no response
 
so , i think there are no possible chances to save your account
 
Have you tried to log in to that account from a different mobile phone?

He already did that!


Delete log out from everywhere, clear cache, uninstall app and wait a minimum of 72h then try again. Maybe use an old version of IG app to relogin afterwards

Happens when wherever you go you are negative, now you should learn not to be negative <3
 
that is normal, sometimes happen to me in my personal account, after 1 or 2 days is working normal again I believe that is more a bug or someone trying to access your account and sending multiple log in request or maybe is a simple glitch on the app.

I believe this is a bug or glitch from Instagram, which may happen to anyone and has happened to my personal account some days ago. You need to wait for a few days, and everything will be okay. Till then, keep contacting IG support.
