We are curently looking for an Instagram growth professional who can take our branded account to the next level using both organic & automation methods.
Our account currently is at 4K & we had some ups & downs. We had 2 good automation runs but the following happened:
-Run to 2K ended in various blocks & automation was unusable, decided to let the account cool down & get rid of fake followers & unfollow for a good Follower/Following ration (therefore account dropped to roughly 1,2K)
-2nd run went better and account went from 1,2K followers to 4.2K in less then a month. Also during the spike (200+ followers a day) we created some insane reach combined with promoted posts (800k+ impressions in 7 days). However I am not sure what happend as reach has declined to roughly 2k impressions per day, which is a massive drop. Also during promotions Instagram gives us a warning that we must not spam accounts, which is strange as this didn't happen at first. I also find it very strange as we are not currently experiencing any blocks, just a massive constrained on reach per post.
So we do become better with time & I think the next run will go even better, but we are actually looking for steady solid growth & a clean account (currently roughly 50% of our followers are high quality, which definitely needs improvement). As we have decided it takes too long for us to gain the knowledge ourselves, we would love to collaborate with someone who has a solid understanding of organic & automated Instagram growth strategies & can help us come up with strategies for a solid big short period growth.
What we would like to see during our collaboration is:
-Strategy brainstorm for both organic & automated growth with account analysis, discussing what will work & what will not work
-Plan of action
-Implementation of the plan of action
-Creating realistic ambitious KPI goals to analyse % of strategy success & account health (account safety and quality)
We have grown various accounts in the past using automation & are familiar with all the basics. So we are not looking for someone who simply automates our account. We are looking for a true expert that can create a brand on social media.
