Instagram Grow Problem

Greetings. I have some problems in my attempt to grow an skin-based instagram page. I created the page 2 weeks ago, I put 3 posts each day, I use jarvee and still have only 273 followers. I also have several telegram groups to comment. But every day I have somewhere in 5-10 new followers, which is very little. I'll attach pictures to show your accounts and statistics. Also, the hashtags do not work for me, I tried everything: 30 hashtags divided by 5 according to postings, 30 hashtags that each have under 100,000, all hashtags to be on my niche but in the end they did not bring me too much work. At the same story, even though I have 4 hashtags and location, no one who saw the story was on a hashtag, I tried the new method with #pride. I'm waiting for advice, opinions and even criticism of what's wrong. An idea I would like to try to increase the page would be to focus more on videos and using the telegram to put some likes on it I may get ranked on hashtags.
