I would like to follow more people beside having the limit of 7500. i cannot reply to your PM becuase i need 15 post to pm. how do you want to communicate

Depends how many accounts you want to manage. To manage just a hand full of accounts a bot such as Botstagram is fine. If you want to do 100s or even 1000s accounts xGram is really the only option.

There is no way around the limit. Only accounts that were above 7500 before the limit was put in place are allowed to follow more than 7500.
As for a bot to choose, I would choose xGram not only for its huge array of features, but the community supporting it. With the active Skype chat, plus the free tools I develop for it (in my sig), you get all the help you need.
