Instagram followers are getting down. I need help guys

You should probably add more details then cause I'm assuming bots as well. That's a third of your followers unfollowing in a week. Whatever it is, it's definitely not natural or organic.

Did you purchase this account? Did someone "manage" this account for you and maybe sent bot followers? Were you using a growth service?

Something doesn't add up.
 
Check the stats of your posts and see which ones are doing the best, this could give you an idea on what kind of content your audience wants to see.
 
what is the niche of your instagram account? it's not normal to experience such a loss of followers according to your follower rate in such a short time, are you sure you're not using a bot? %30 loss of followers. Analyze your audience and share interesting posts suitable for your audience. Use reels more actively, increase the number of quality posts. Don't forget to share posts regularly.
 
Instagram have banned so many bot accounts and they are keep getting baned when there is update in algorithm… so if you have fake followers then one way or other they ll get abnned

More details means more tags,more locations etc ? I created the account from own hand.

I always doing tags,check in etc and doing 2/3 posts on a day.

For audience I need to do ads also ?

Modeling is the niche. I am not using any bots . All followers are from real human.
