Yeah, if so, what for? Why not before? Why after I stopped automation and after the few posts reached that many accounts? Reach was 300k on one of them... Do you think contacting support would do any good?

I deleted hashtags on the recent posts too.

I've the same issue. Account is 1y2m old. Didn't use to schedule posts. I just posted at whatever time in the beginning.
Used some iMacros script to F/U. Never had any bans. Used the same 30 tags over and over. Had decent engagement. Around 100-150 new followers every day I used the script.
Couple of months back I stopped using the script because instead of following other people's followers it started following promoted/recommended accounts, so I ended up following like 500 accounts like Eminem, Rihana and all the Kardashians.
Around the same time a couple of my posts exploded. I'm talking 15k followers account having 23k likes on a post. After those couple of posts my engagement became catastrophic. Think 15.8k follower account having 75 likes in 9 hours. Somehow still managing to have +15 more followers on average per day.
What I've tried:
-Gave it a rest for several weeks;
-Unfollowed all the accounts;
-Stopped using hashtags all together;
-Posting consistently 1-3/day;
-Using "Canva" to edit photos to Instagram's post resolution.
-Switched to personal account;
-Unlinked Facebook.
-Currently deleting all hashtags on previous posts (slowly);
-Will delete all posts that might have the same md5 hash as the original (although I doubt that's the problem).

Following and looking forward to solving this problem if possible. Cheers

I started to loose followers again on all 3 accounts... I was doing exactly the same thing whole time. 1 post and story every day, no hashtags.. and from day to day sudenly I am loosing again with no reason.

I am thinking its because that one day I made "mega" cross promotion of this 3 accunts I taged them in posts with "follow: @Account" labels and also in stories and shared them multiple times that day and since then my numbers started dropping. So maybe IG doesnt like to see this kind of self promotion between your accounts.

I noticed within 3 weeks of using my account normally (last week being a break) , just avoiding 30 hashtags per post in comments - it was back after editing some wording & maintaining human actions. No taking out hashtags , etc.

I was extremely shadowbanned too,
My name was "example"
If you searched "exampl" you'd see everyone except me, unless you searched "example" specifically. And I'd even be ranked last below people who have completely different usernames , their "bio name" had more rank than my whole igSEO'd account (example: if you searched "dexample" my authority was soo good I'd still rank at the top)

After acting completely human I'm off Shadow ban & earned #1 rank again

Edit:Example:try 1 day , #love. Next day try #cutecouples #bestfriends, next day try #bff #tbt #lovinglove , 4th day try #goals, and repeat

Normally people don't use the same amount + same hashtags , so flip a switch

Everything on this accounts is 100% human because I am managing them personaly every day and I am not just copy pasting captions I am trying to bring something new and original in every post.
After I delete ashtags from all posts on this smaller profile I take a month without hashtags and then I try your tactics with slow # adaptation.
