Instagram Experiment (Guide/Updates)

can u give some tips on ur fitness account? What hashtags worked best and what helped u grow the fastest? Im stuck on 5k followers for a few months now
How many are you following? What kind of hashtags are you currently using. What I found most people are doing is something along the lines of this...(mock instagram post)

WALL OF #'s

What I did was find people with 100k-1mill in the fitness area. Looked at their pictures and saw which #'s they are using. I would click on each one of them (ones I thought would be the most active) and used the most active ones. Then I would use less active ones that had to do specifically with my picture. You can also look at the layout of their posts and pretty much copy. It's not about being original. It's about getting the most followers possible. Also make sure you are following people every day then unfollowing them later. That is the best way to get followers. When i was starting this I got 1k in a single day using the method explained above about quality posts in combination with following people VERY REGULARLY. Also you should be liking other pictures in your niche.

Im following around 1700. I just use normal hashtags that are related to fitness like instafit mealprep etc.. i look at what other users with alot of likes use. The following/unfollow method way worked in the beginning up to like 4k. People stopped following back after that lol. The new instagram update also made things worse. Engadgement is way less now. Anyway im think of using followliker once i get a new laptop. Hopefully i can get 10k by the end of the year

This was a nice share and any updates will be welcomed. I hope everything is going great in your journey!

So I ended up repurposing my instagram to piggyback other projects off. The http://instagram.com/pcgmers I have was repurposed to the Video Game (h1z1 and CS:GO) meme niche. Lots of people in that group so competition is high. However, I have set up the use of a python bot to automate basically everything for me. The bot likes 1k pictures/videos a day, follows 1k people a day, and unfollows them 12 hours later. Follow count is around 4.6k. Working on shoutout 4 shoutouts to organically gain more followers. But I manually post once or twice a day. Get some followers based on my content. But I'm using that for my current projects.Currently I am working on a http://twitch.tv/xxobernoobxx and a http://youtube.com/xxobernoobxx within the same kind of niche. Things are slow, but growing little by little. Will try to keep up with this thread and questions and updates and such. Sorry for reviving and killing this thread over and over but this is where I'm at right now.
