One way is to find a niche that you want to post about. Then either make your own content or repost others that are posting similar things related to your niche. Afterwards finding hashtags that involve your niche and then posting them in the caption section and just doing that with other images. Obviously this is not going to just make your account go crazy but that is one way many people do it.
