Instagram Discovery Benchmarks

With all the shadowban concernes that are being raised here, could some of you provide benchmarks for what a healthy discovery for accounts of different sizes look like?

For instance, for an account with 5.1k followers and 800 to 1k average likes for photo, what percentage of impressions from non followers can one expect? Would you say that the attached stats look normal or does it look like the account is being limited in some way?

Judging from the ratio of post engagement/account size you said you have your account is actually in very good condition and you should keep doing whatever tactics you are employing.

Thing is the discovery function isn't really a grower for small accounts. What i am trying to say is that discovery is more than likely contingent on either how viral a post of yours is juxtaposed to all your other posts AND what percentage of the 'followers of followers' engaged with it. If a post you make gets say 5k likes (which is almost your entire follower-base, than that post will more than likely get a high discovery rate. Otherwise in normal circumstances for your size i'd be happy with even a 1-5 percent discovery rate on average posts.

P.S: If you keep those numbers up i gurantee you will have great discovery rates when you pass 30-50k followers. (If your niche is very specific it might be 10-15k)

Yes, this is very helpful. Thank you. I am just trying to figure out why my account is being outpaced in terms of growth by a several very similar accounts that are adding 3x number of followers on a daily basis. Their content is of a similar quality and I know for sure that they are not doing F/U or like/comment on tons of photos a day. I don't believe they are using engagement groups either, so this baffles me somewhat.
