Instagram disabled

So as the title says my facebook has been deactivated only because i got banned on instagram..is there anyway to appeal this decesion? everytime i try to appeal it tells me to log in to appeal but i can't log in my account cause its disabled it doesnt make anysense , this facebok account has over 15 years of memories this is ridiculous that my facebook got banned because its linked to my instagram

4 years later still nothing i never even got to appeal my facebook lmao

You can try contacting Facebook support through their Help Center using any active account or via Meta Business Support to submit an appeal without logging in, but success is rare and often requires persistence.

is there any legit services to pay for an unban u can recommend for a reasonable price that u can vouch for?
 
This has happened to me on several accounts. If you have access to the email and phone number, I think you can still recover it. Check the email for any recovery links, etc., and contact support. But basically, if you have access to the email and the number registered on the account, nothing is lost.
 
Instagram (and any Meta's products) has a terrible customer support, no surprise...you will probably need to waste some time begging for a bot to answer something. Eventually a human may read it and help you.

terrible customer support because its not a product unless you have paid for something, free doesn't need customer support because you are not a customer so they don't need to provide any support unfortunately

if an account has been disabled for over 180 days you can not appeal it, and you can never get it back
 
That’s really frustrating — especially with years of memories tied to it. Sadly, if your Instagram ban triggered a linked Facebook account ban, Meta’s system often applies it across both without a clear appeal path.

I do still have access to the original email but no number . well its good to know its not lost now its just a matter of hopefully they change procedure for linked accs that was unjustly banned

yeah it sucks man, if i had known linked accs causes that i wouldve never done that

are u serious??? ive seen ppl talk about getting it back years later, so does that mean all my data on that facebook is deleted

facebook i am not sure, but instagram there is a 180 day period, after that no account can be recovered, no matter what anybody says, it is wiped
 
there are a few online forms for appealing, most likely wont get you anywhere, I'd recommend looking into various unban services you can find online

There should have been an option to appeal on Instagram when it initially got suspended. Did you happen to see that option?

I did i tried it & no luck and when i try now it says theres no account with this username but i still cant make a new account with my old username so im not sure if my acc is wiped or glitched
 
Unfortunately as it's been 4 years with no response or successful appeal, it's very likely the account has been locked permanently. Heck, it's probably been flagged internally and the system no longer recognises it as eligible for any sort of recovery. Such is the case under the Meta umbrella. Best you could do now is learn from best practices and separate accounts between personal and other uses.

I also second that sentiment that customer support or indeed account recovery is a privilege. You're only really entitled to one if you have paid for something or the other that's immediately linked to that platform such as ads on a business account, but even then it assumes a no-fault loss of access (unable to reset password due to lost email or basically a long as the loss of access isn't tied to any violation).
 
As everyone mentioned above, you can contact support through the support center, or send an email, or shout on Meta's Twitter channel, and you might be lucky to get a support agent to pay attention to you.

However, it is quite surprising that you are still trying to recover an account after 4 years.
