This will not work for copyright infringement bans, OP likely has received three separate notices regarding each violation prior to getting his account disabled. The third violation leads to an irrecoverable ban unless he is able to resolve one of the three copyright claims by reaching out to the issuing party and getting them to retract the claim. The email notices will usually mention the afflicted party along with the caption of the post that was claimed so if the account is high value, reaching out to them and settling is probably your only way out.
