Instagram disabled, how can i fix this?

Hello my account has been disabled and i got this message.

Does this mean i cant make any new accounts?

I have a new one and the first 2 posts got a couple thousand views and now im instantly shadowbanned?

Anybody have experience with this, do i have to start using a vpn?

Copyright or privacy violation? Were you rehashing existing content and posing it as your own? That's likely the issue. Depending on your use, particularly for this one, you'll want to use mobile proxies (they are pricier, yes) since VPN IPs are logged on these sites databases. Check the IP quality and use an anti-detect browser on top of all that.

Yeah I posted a video from twitter, I seen a couple of bigger accounts post the same video but my one got reported I guess

I already have 3 accounts linked on the same phone and ip do you think this will effect them? I already feel like 1 of them is shadow banned.

First 2 videos started of good and then stopped getting views altogether and all the newer posts get no reach.

Your accounts are being taken due to copyright infringements.
Try switching your IP and fingerprints.

I got copyright infringements on one account that has been banned, im just curious if this effects my other linked accounts

Yeah, willing to bet that's a factor on the shadowban. You're gonna want to at least use fresh profiles on anti-detect browsers for every account you cycle through. A good mobile proxy is also recommended for it. On top of that, you'll want to consider altering the content somewhat so it doesn't also shaft your reach and such.

No, this does not mean you cannot make new accounts. If your account has been disabled, your account has been flagged for violating Instagram's Terms of Use. If your new account is being shadowbanned, it is likely due to a violation of Instagram's policies, such as using automated tools or engaging in suspicious activity. In this case, you should review Instagram's policies and make sure you are following them. If you are following their policies, you may need to switch to using a different device or use a VPN to access Instagram.

Fill all of the appeal forms. Might take months before they review your account but if you're lucky you can get it ack in a week or two if you haven't violated their ToS.

When you login it might give link to a form for appealing that form.

i have definitely violated tos, im just more interested in if i can make new accounts on the same device/ip

now keep checking most of the time if the account and content is good they unban the accounts.

Keep emailing them and they will eventually ask for selfie. That's what I have done once at least
