Instagram creation bot

I am currently using the method i found here on this forum of my cell phones 4g connection and airplane moding it to get a new ip address to create more accounts. I am doing this in chrome browser with several extensions. It is working perfectly and am producing high quality accounts but it is time consuming and very repetitive.
I was wondering if anyone could make a bot that could enable and disable airplane mode on my phone and create the Instagram accounts in the same manner as I do myself?
