Thank you for the journey . Instagram algorithm is very complicated there is many reasons why its got disabled first one the device from where you created this acc whrre already used many times to create other ones they could detect mac adress always. Good luck keep updating

You do not need AI for that. Hashing the image with various techniques is sufficient.
