You need to post in Want to Buy section so people that are selling can send their offers.
There are plenty of IG bots here, and almost all support commenting. And some of them even support ChatGPT/AI hyper-personalized comment generation as well.

it's just me that find the prices are so high for flamista ? 89$ to manage 10 accounts ! isn't that so expensive !

The account already comes with a default mobile proxy, so you can estimate the price for one mobile proxy per month, which is around $50–$100. Additionally, this is one of the few services I know that truly works.
Another important aspect to consider is how much value this provides. For example, as a social media manager, I could sell one account to clients for $100–$200. With 10 accounts, that’s $2,000 in revenue. From this perspective, I’d say the price is absolutely reasonable.

Most of the Bots support this, but note that what bots usually do is paste the comments instead of typing which could get detected.

Try Phantombuster or IG Comment Bot for Instagram auto-commenting. However, it's important to choose a reliable tool that complies with Instagram's policies to avoid account issues.

Using bots to comment or reply to messages on Telegram is fine. However, they follow a pre-set pattern and reply in batches, so they are easy to detect.
