Instagram Business or Personal?

So i haven't used instagram for years and recently decided to give it a go and try some methods posted here and noticed you can get buisness accounts or personal accounts. Initially business accounts looked better especially being able to schedule posts in advance, but i'v heard about business accounts getting less reach and stuff, but almost everything iv read has been "theory's" about it and not actual statistical proof. What do you guys think about it?

that's actually really interesting, my first thought would be to go with business but now that you say they get less reach it makes complete sense, does anyone here have a first hand opinion if this is true?

I would use personal account because you can switch to private and public anytime you want. When doing particular shout outs, swtitching to private usually increases the followers you can get. Business pages are always public and can't switch to private
