Instagram Bot Timings

Hi there,
I've read a lot about daily follow/like limits on Instagram. But what I'm still struggeling with are the timings of the cycles.
I mean althought you can follow a maximum of let us say 700 people a day, there are huge differences in the timings how to do this.
What Timings for "Delay after operation", "delay after action" would you recommend for warmup / normal settings ?

So in my opinion that would mean low spaces between actions but bigger spaces between operations or?

I think a typical heavy user checks in 10-15 times per day and spreads most of the actions roughly evenly across those sessions or mostly on the first and last sessions such as morning and night sessions in bed.

Many other setups you can use, you just have to imagine how you or somebody else uses the platform when on a browser or app.

There isn't an exact guide for it but pretend you are a human.
You check IG once an hour, during this time you like 10-15 pic within a few min, a couple of follows too.
