Instagram Bot Specifics

Hi BHW!

Looking for a service that can send direct messages of my content to followers/likers/commenters of certain profiles that I pick. Ideally, this will send photo/video of account 'X' from account 'Y' and to account 'Z'. I hope that makes sense. I have seen people do this before so I know it is possible, does anyone know what can do this service?
