No way you are going to get a bot with that scope for a mere 15 bucks. So you better save up and then start investing into an established software solution.

I would really suggest saving your money for FL than purchasing monthly bots because the one time FL purchase is cheaper than monthly online bots (long-term).
I don't think you will find any similar bot for $15.
