Instagram blocked my account for violating terms

When i try to login on my instagram i get this message: "Error, Your account has been disabled for violating our terms. Learn how you may be abe to restore your accounts. "

And when i go on learn more, i get this screen below is possible to recovery my instagram, and how, please help. Thank you in advance.

Please don't post content you don't own.
Try logging in on a PC and eventually using the recovery options. According to experience, when on a device it doesn't work, it does on a PC.

When i try to loggin on pc i get this message from instagram:

I've also got that, but I never receive the code on one of mine accounts.. (without the ban ofc)

You need to keep emailing the Instagram support for help. there is a chance for you to get your account back, but stay patience and persistent.

i receive code, but i cant login in my account, thats really bad, maybe they will automatic unban me bcs they also blocked my facebook for 3 days

if you really know any way to contact them please let me know , I also have problem with hacked account .. They never respond to me and i am really having problems because it was my food ! :/
