Instagram blacklist

I recently posted here long time ago http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/social-networking-sites/683784-instagram-hacked.html where i wanted to know how it could be possible that people are "hacking" a lot of users to get them to massive comment a picture for advertisements.

I tried to create and list all trustfully and untrustfully websites and mobile apps on my blacklist and want to share this with you, i know there are many things that you already know, but maybe you learn something new.
