Hey guys and girls,
First of all: This is not a tutorial. I made this post to warn of Instagram method that are scamming a lot of people (principally users of 3rd world country's).
It all start with an Apple Giveaway: Some profile contact you saying that you can win a brand new iPhone/MacBook. Who doesn't want it? I would love to win that, and i guess you too.
And what to do to win? First they will ask you to join they Guerrilla Marketing: ¨Tag 3 Friends...¨ ; ¨Post this promo on your story¨ or ¨post it on your timeline¨ (If guys know other way, tell me, would like to know). With this method they can reach a larger group for this scam.
After you promote their scam, you will ¨win¨ their giveaway. A brand new Apple product, but what to do to get it ? You can choose: You get it by paying the shipping fee (bye bye money) or you can activate your product buying a gift card and giving your gift card code to those promoters (bye bye money too). Either way you loose.
Im seeing o lot of this method recently on Instagram, it seems dumb, but it work.
I dont know how or where they sell the giftcards, i think it is too risky to use. Maybe in the deepweb.
Anyway, be cautious guys.
