Instagram auto-like based on tags ?

Is there a bot out there that liked photos automatically on instagram based on tags ? I used InstaFlow before but the guy scammed me and shut down the service after taking the money without prior notice ..

So is there a bot that behaves similar to InstaFlow ? (preferably free)
