I have an Instagram with 5.5k follower. Instagram block my liked action, what should i do know?

You have to wait at least 24 h. If action block is still there you can wait more or change proxy. Usually its proxies issue.

Let your account rest for few hours. If that doesn't helps rest it longer upto 48 hours.

Try some other actions- view stories or something else on the phone
And give another proxy- its can be because of this

Would these methods also work for a Follow blocks? Or is there a better way to fix and avoid follow blocks?

If you don’t mind me asking, Are action blocks such as the follow block common when automating on Instagram?

It all depends on how you automate. If you use some unreal settings and try to do things too fast on a cold account (an account that just started to bot recently and has been doing way less action and less human activity), then yes it's possible. I have quite a bit of accounts and all you have to do is go slow in the beggining and eventually increase the settings.

Like others said, it could also depend on your proxy!

You need to be kind with Instagram first, have human interactions, start slowly.
After that when Insta completely trust you and thinks you are a good human being you increase the dose and shove them up their butt lmao

The account I’m currently booting right now is 3 months old with just under 9k followers and decent engagement, when I run the the bot I use (Jarvee) I started running to a road block with the follow action being unavailable. With its ingagment it should be able to follow at least 600-700 people per day. I turned off the bot to learn more about and about Instagram it before I start running into new accounts. Are there any threads that can help further my knowledge on these topics?

600-700 follows a day is a lot. I try not to go over 400 and that's with an aged account. You could try a different proxy

That depends on how you have set up your settings firstly. And secondly and most importantly if you are using proxy you better change it as it's probably caught by Instagram and now that will happen all the time.
Change your follow settings to like 400-500 to stay under radar.
Let your account rest for at least 24 hours
