Instagram accounts engagement drops to 0%

Hello everyone I have been running a page that was going pretty good but suddenly my reach started to decline and my account growth has been nill from that time onward
Account information
- Meme page that post viral reels
- Only posts reels
- No bot used or any buying of followers or likes
- 20k+
- Decline started from last week
Is there anyone who can help me understand more I am open for any suggestions

So can I do something to get it over with ?

It could be a shadowban usually if you go low key for a while it will stop the ban or check your last posts and see which is the one that triggered that, if you delete it that will remove the shadownban as well, the other option is by changing your ip or masking your ip and last but not least I suggest you to check if you used a prohibited hashtag, or remove all hastags from the comment section if you have them there or change the ones that you have at the moment in the caption for other ones.
