What's the best way to delete an Instagram account that Access has been lost because the phone number connected to it has already been sold to another person.. and unable to recover it

In case if u do not have access to ur phone anymore I would recommend that u first try recovering ur account by the email address or any other means avaiilable for recovery. In case of failure u may consider reporting ur account on Instagram nd stating the fact that u have lost ur access to ur account.
 
If the account has personal photos or information, I would avoid trying random recovery methods. Contact Instagram support and provide as much proof of ownership as possible.

I need it deleted... Recovery is not working, I don't if I can just do just one click to delete it

What can I do to do the mass reporting by myself as I don't have the high number of people that can join me in reporting

Possible way to report by myself to get it deleted?
 
Try Instagram's "Report Compromised Account" or identity verification form via a browser, not the app you can request account deletion/help even without the old phone number by verifying identity another way email, ID, etc..

Losing the phone number isn't always the end any old device that was previously logged into that account could still help you recover access
 
The best and only way to delete an Instagram account in this case is to find a way to restore access through Meta's alternative verification methods, and then proceed with deleting the account in the official way.
 
Try recovering it through the email linked to the account or use Instagram’s recovery support If you can verify ownership they may help you regain access
 
If you are not able to contact through Email or the previous phone number, your only viable option left would be going through the Instagram account recovery process. Once that fails, there is no credible way in which you can force delete the account

If you can reuse your login email, you can delete the account after logging in through the settings. Otherwise, you can only report the account and the system will automatically delete it.
