In case if u do not have access to ur phone anymore I would recommend that u first try recovering ur account by the email address or any other means avaiilable for recovery. In case of failure u may consider reporting ur account on Instagram nd stating the fact that u have lost ur access to ur account.

there are ways to delete instagram profiles either with mass report service or login to the profile using other method to delete the profiles either with from settings after login.

What can I do to do the mass reporting by myself as I don't have the high number of people that can join me in reporting

Losing the phone number isn't always the end any old device that was previously logged into that account could still help you recover access
