Influencer Cooperation

Hello everyone, does someone here have experience with sponsoring influencer (stories, posts, etc.) I'm currently still building my own social media presence, therefore I need to rely on others. I'm currently still building my web presence and would like to kick that off with a sponsored Instagrammer, The shop would be drop shipping and focused around a guide I'm trying to write about how to make money or start a business with a very small budget. Normally I would be running Facebook and Instagram ads because I think my audience would be on these platforms, but due to the low or no budget policy I set myself, this isn't possible.

Do you think that some Influencer with 20-30k subs would be willing to agree to a commission per sale? (i. e. 10$ per sold unit using his coupon code) I know that it would ultimately lower my profit, but I can't be bothered paying for the sponsorship upfront or paying for ads.

Should I try it or do you think this isn't worth wasting time on?

Yeah that's pretty much how it goes, as @JustStartedShopify said.

i get a bunch of this request, i never bothered sometimes the deal works in my favor but just not worth it.
and i think most account owners think the same.it is even better for you to save up and pay upfront fo promotion so
you know what works and what doesn't

No, you are wrong, I have many influences accept commissions

At least here in the US most of then want a fixed payment upfront

As an influencer, I never go for cr*p offers like that.

It's just a waste and, you can easily get shaved.
