InfinityFree?

So i bought a domain im not gonna say the name fk u , and i want to make those kinds of tvshows - movies technically illegal sites, but i really dont have money for hosting. Is InfinityFree any good? or i will get suspended for reaching the CPU limit and then im fked? I need free web hosting just to see how things are going, then i will upgrade if i have a little success; i will work with WordPress.
And the embedded videos will be from netu and doodstream, if this is relevant or something

Not so many hosting providers provide "illegal - copyright" things to by published in their services.
If they can and want, their services are mostly cost more.

That i don't know if you just publish only links, that you can watch it here.
It was some years ago legit, but i don't know anymore.
example. http://rlsbb.ru/ they post only links, So they kind of transfer responsibility to another place, but not completely.

It's 100% sure, that your traffic don't come from Google. because your site going to my deindexed/banned in sometime, because it's illegal.
But your domain is not banned.

You have to direct the people straight to the site using social media sites. Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and etc.
Make advertisement -> photos and videos. Watch movies "free" and "safe" at here!

You have to check what you competitors are doing and copy their methods. I think they are spamming links to somewhere.
Many are using the YouTube method. Where the video title is like this.

when video starts, there isn't any movie. There is just some link in the description where they try to direct the video watcher to see the movie.
Of course the video going to by downvoted and commented. So you have to edit that OFF, that people can't comment or downvote them.

Of course YouTube going to delete the video, but you have to repeat it using other account.

The truth is that i ain't new in the "promoting" business, some time ago i owned a adult site, i did promotion on almost all social media sites and it got pretty decent traffic BUT,
now i dont know what the fuck is going on, take Twitter for example, ive tried promoting this site, i didn't spam; only like 2 post per day and these fuckers still manage to make me verify my account with my phone number... which was all ok, i have few phones in my house that I use for this kind of shit, but when i enter my phone number and hit "send verification code" the fucking code never comes and ive tried multiple methods like using Tor, fake sms numbers, MY PERSONAL NUMBER and they still wont sent it, im on my 3 account made for this site all of them got this problem form like 2-3 post, ya know how to bypass this?

btw, none of the phone numbers were used with twitter before

And YT? they ban the shit outta me, it wasnt like this before, now it seems like every social media site has increased their security, or i am doing something wrong

It's possible, your phone number provider is some kindly "banned or limited" in the system.
I know one guy from Greek. He bought sim cards from local store about 200.. Sometime ago he tried the to verify some social media accounts. I don't know if it was Facebook or Twitter. But none was working, the system said, that give different number

Of course this is possible, but i am not sure if it that's the case..
The possible way is too, that some kindly your phone is limited.. i am not specialist in this, but if possible try other phone and then the new sim card.

One YouTube method would by too, that you download some movie trailer. change the image/video adjustment - resolution.. That it looks smaller...

Dude a friendly advice, you shouldn't do that kind of site. You should figure out the easier stuff before.

I'm not using free hosting anymore. This isn't my first site, i asked because i believed there are some other promoting methods that i don't know of

I remember running a few kbps form ( only 1 ) on infinityfree and got suspended saying I abused their system
