Indonesia Casino SEO, Different Content Displayed With Mobile Devices Method

Does anyone understand why websites that ranks in competitive keywords in indonesia casino niche, redirect users that access their website through SERP from mobile devices to a different domain?

Example:

keyword: judi slot
domain that rank number 1 on keyword "judi slot": abc123.com
mobile users that access abc123.com through SERP gets redirected to ampabc123.com
while desktop users stays on abc123.com

can someone explain how they do this and why they do this

so i put this tag into my non amp version of my website?

i have tried this method but it doesnt work, or should i wait for some time in order for it to work? are there any steps that im missing?

In casino most of the websites runs lots of Ads , SEO algorithm works more related redirect process. Might be one of the reason for this case

Due to restictions and governance it's tough no doubt, But there are still PROS in the industry who are able to overcome it. It's just a matter of whether we are able to find them and can afford to pay the right price. I dealt with a SEO team before who can rank keywords to page 1 top 3 in 2 months time. But the fee is high. It's a pay after deal so i think it's still worth it. Results first then payment.
