Indian Paypal Users Please Help!!

I dont think paypal supports indian debit cards for verification
however if it allows u to use it then u can find the verification code in ur bank statement
or you can use vcc to verify ur account

i also got 1 query

my friend have hdfc debit card.pp does not accept debit card.how can she verify her pp account.she dont have credit card.can she use netsafe vcc to verify her account and then change the card to her debit card account. how can she load balance in pp account?
 
just a simple question, if my affiliate payment comes to paypal, do i need to get that to my bank within 30 days or can i spend it online
 
we cannot open an account if we dont have pan card. Its a must. The best alternative is to open in the name of your brother or sister who have pan card ..

she can use vcc to verify.but she can't change vcc card later to debit card since pp does not allow Indian debit card so her account may get limited if she does so.

I submitted my mom's PAN card no. about one and half month ago and my account works perfect.
PS: I'm also under 18:)

I too just applied for Pan and Got it now!
it will take 20 days solidly to get the card in your hand from the day of applying the application
It just cost around $3 to apply for a PAN

There is no age requirement for PAN :)

yes hari, you can spend your affiliate money online.
I have spent some $$ from my last month's payment.
No need to withdraw in 30 days.

Its not compulsory to get amt to bank within 30 days.Since few days back many recieved email instructing as to withdraw within 30 days frm pp but its a fake email.
But seeing the daily changing rules and restrictions of pp its better if we get our money to bank as soon as possible if we are not going to spend online else you can spend online no problem so far.

Anyone can have PAN card the real record to get a PAN card in India is 4 day after baby is born. YES in just 4 days his/her dad registered PAN card and added the baby's name in his FIRM as partner to save TAX...!

Go get a PAN card... or NO worries this is INDIA nobody cares about small transactions. Our Politicians make SCAM of TRILLIONS of $$ and live fearless..! Enjoy yourself..!!
 
for all that trouble, why not just go and buy a verified Indian paypal account ?

I know there are Indian vendors on BHW who do so and that can save u much effort.

LOL, dun look at me, mine's from Singapore.
