Also, if you have access to frequently crawled google news websites you can post your link on them and it will get indexed... well, assuming that the link is decent, if it's garbage I don't think it will ever get indexed

The guy has to start from somewhere and bhw what is for, if in first 10 posts he dont find answer to his problem then bhw job is not done

You can try posting your links on high-crawl sites like Medium, Reddit, or Quora — Google bots pick them up pretty fast.
