Indexing High Authority Links

Hey guys, I just got a High DA link in a relevant niche I'm doing. Should I build backlinks to it or let it pass the juice naturally to my website?

letting it pass the juice naturally is one of the ways for indexing. if it is high da as you say, just let it get indexed naturally

No need to build any Tiered links, if the post/page already indexed then you will get link juice when it is recrawled after some time.
