Index tier 2 backlinks in google or not?

I have been building numerous wordpress, yola, and blogspot tier 2 backlinks indexing and pinging them.

Should i index them to google,yahoo/bing? or no?

Sure why not? Your purpose in doing this in the first place is to notify Search Engines like Google of these links to your Tier one and if you don't Ping them, it could take some time before Google & Yahoo and other Search Engines discover these links on their own in which would take you much longer to get credit for the links you've built. sure, try to index them, google cant rate what it does not know

Yes, it's always a good idea to try to get all tiers indexed / crawled.

Drip feed the links, if the links are too many. This way, it will boost the indexing and give boost to the money sites as well.

Why would you build a tier 2 if you didn't want google to index them and give value (no matter how little) back to your main site?
