In need of a proxy scraper

Hey there,
Im really new to this site and dont know if this is even in the right forum.
But my question is, if anyone of you could recommend me a nice free proxy scraper- and checker.
I have seen some but did not know what works and what not.
So i decided to ask the Internet, another forum brought me here saying that all the pros are on this site.
