Improve Black Hat World VIP membership (bad experience)

Hi. I've been a member of bhw for not so long but I always visited this forum constantly, and I think it's the community that makes it great, meaning the users. However, I can not say the same about the staff so far, and I've been to many forums where usually things get solved during the day, even when you are not VIP.
I gladly paid for my VIP membership 2 weeks ago (wich wasnt cheap) and it doesn't feel like it. I submitted a sales thread 2 weeks ago and the person who is supposed to review my thread is never here, he gets online once every week apparently, and then he dissapears again. Then last week I asked another staff member to solve this and I get no answer...
I hope my situation gets solved soon and I get my thread approve, but I think there should be some assistance for users here, specially for vip members, like in most sites.

Mate , There are N numbers of service thread which MOD have to check and test , whether they are good to release in marketplace or not.

So have some patience and wait for your turn to come . Some time it tool more then a month to get a BST approved.

I see the BST thread that you are requesting to be approved.

I won't say publicly what the issues with it are as that would embarrass you but I will tell you that the Mod that is reviewing that is not in the office this week.

As to being entitled to having a BST approved, that is not a given if what is offered for sale is not what is proven.

Chill out and let the Mod that is reviewing it handle it for you as time permits.

I've been waiting for 2 threads, one of them was submitted over 3 weeks ago and I've not had a response

I tagged apricot and i know seo asking for an update a week ago and got ignored, I know you guys seem busy but will I be waiting much longer? I don't mind, I'd just like an idea on how much longer it would be?

sorry for being impatient. It's my first thread and I'm just making sure I've done everything correctly.

Embarras me? lol a minor grammar error in on of the 10 accs... and that is what it takes him to delay 10 days more? jesus. Bro, with all due respect, please don't act like this is on me, you know he is not reviewing anything, you can see yourself he never gets online...
And no, I'm not entitled to have it approved, I'm entitled to get some answer in a reasonable period of time ffs.

I hate threads like these.

You joined less than 3 months ago, you scraped to the 100+ posts just to upgrade to JrVip.
Guessing you only did that to sell a service on here.

Now had you been a member longer, you'd have known that the Ungagged Conference has just taken place in the USA and a few of the staff were across there, so will have just travelled back and playing catch up on the other 500+ PMs, emails etc they get per day.

You're not the only person waiting to get a sales thread approved, so suck it up buttercup.

The marketplace rules state people will get a response in 48 hours so when it's been 3 weeks with no response and after being ignored I don't think it's unreasonable to make sure I have done everything expected of me.

I was hoping (I know it's not a right) to be selling by now, I'm actually planning on quitting my full time job if this works out so it's rather important to me.

I'm sorry if it comes across as complaining. I respect the mods and understand if they are over whelmed.

I can understand your frustration, but if you main goal is to sell stuff on BHW, you've probably haven't read too much here (hint - you don't even need a Jr. VIP to do that). Slanging services to world class cheapos isn't the best way to earn cash.

I feel bad for a lot of the mods here, I'm sure a number of them are killing it online and going through crappy offer after crappy offer gets a bit tiresome when you know the value of your time. For most I have to imagine its a labor of love.

I mean, you definitely should be patient, mods are very busy most of the time, and there definitely are many threads or requests which takes up time. Lets not forget that they also need to review reported posts and all that Jazz. Also, they are doing this for free, they aren't paid to take time out to review reported threads, review services etc.

Having said that, I do kind of understand where OP is coming from. I think get more marketplace mods (not sure if you're still doing that), or change it so that the estimated time for a reply is maybe 5-7 business days instead of 48 hours. The rules have been enforced much harder in regards to the fee per year for threads (as it damn well should be), but then so should the rules for how long someone has to wait to get a response.

Not sure that makes sense, but I know mods are busy, and it's probably not easy just getting new marketplace mods, so I reckon the TAT for a reply should just be increased, prevents frustrated members like OP.
