Images and web?

Hello, I don't want to spent 3 hours a day only with searching the best PD or CC images for my web. What do you do? Shouldn't I care too much about it, since almost everybody around internet using images that are not bought, CC or PD or should I do something about it?

If it is a problem - don't you have any solution? (Something, that will picture make unique in a similar way as article spinner (I know, naive idea, but I had to ask)
