finally after 8th trip to vets with our dog today.
went from 36.8 in march to 30.8 in 4 months.
first bit good news, 30.8 is now 33.5 but still
no reason for the drop - booking a break
after all that. shes finally going back up.
shes all clear.

contrary to rumors im not gone. but ive been semi afk
4-8 weeks due to my dogs health.
dog has lost 6 kilos in 3 months. 7 trips to vets, 3 blood tests, 3 scans
1 xray, various steroids , anti bio tics .ect there still stumped
so where still working on it. just got back from vets on sat after they
kept her in over night for more scans/blood tests, pee test, sht test.
prob having a bi opsy later this week, see how we go.
all that and still no idea whats causing it. 36 - 30 kilos , 12 weeks. crazy
now shes on fresh whole cooked chickens daily - see how we go,
what ever happens - you aint that lucky that ive gone. temp afk.
while no news is good new we fight the good fight with hope
proxygo out.

38.7 - 30.8. thats alot like 15-16lbs in 12 weeks.
every test that could be done was done, even to
vets keeping her in couple days, but of the 4 scans
2 xrays - 3 blood tests, pee/poo test they still couldnt
find the cause - then out the blue in last 3 weeks
30.8 became 33.6 , still dont no why, but least its
going back up.
thing that got me the most was i was talking about my
dog on twitter and retired supermodel tricia helfer
threw me a like - made my day.

Nice to hear he is doing well, had a sick puppy few weeks ago. Blood infection because of ticks. Now he is better again and quite the little rascal. But they are just the best the german shepherd dog.

popped sadie into the vets again today, things still going ok
9th visit in 4 months.
38.8 - 35.2 - 35.1 - 31.8 - 30.8 kilos
last 3 weeks.
33.7 now 35 kilos going the right way and back up

cheers boss - 7kilos down in 4 months, every scan/test done over 9 visits vets
she went 38.6 - 30.8 we where worried - tests showed nothing drew a blank
vet stumped. then out the blu it started going back up, 30.8 - 33.6 - 35 kilos

Glad your dog is doing a bit better. Is your dogs appetite the same? AFAIK the most common cause for this is worms but that would be the first thing they would've checked.
It really hurts when they're sick/unwell.
