I'm looking to hire a wordpress expert to help customize my website

Hi I'm looking to hire someone with customization for my site that is already premade(Wordpress Software).I also need some assistance with some plugins I installed (free and a few premium) My website is a Video Games and PC marketplace and community.So there are some functions I have added to make this possible with some plugins I have already installed.I'm looking for some affordable quotes.So basically I need my website to be responsive,look clean,easy to navigate and the plugins running well.SEO I am working on as well.If this is something you can do let me know

Surely this should he in Hire A Freelancer? Also the business partnership should be in the JV section

HTML code is very simple and all can easily able to understand the coding. in the body part add the main code. style and all.
