Hi I've been learning about internet marketing now for the passed 20 days and now I'm up to a point where I need to start tracking my ranking and backlinks in google. I was using a product called Market Samurai but the rank tracking module stoped working so I moved onto something called "Rank Tracker v4.1" which is actually really good but the free version doesnt save my results and makes it tedious.

Is there anybody out here who knows of any free software that will allow me to check backlinks to my page, page rankings and that sort of information?

It would be greatly appreciated, thank you

It isnt free but you can download a free trial version of Market Samurai, I have to say out of all the ones ive tried, it is miles ahead of the others.

The trial is free, and you might decide to get it, it is that good.

Traffic Tervis has a decent lightweight SERP checker, along with a backlink checker, both work very well and I use them personally; although I've noticed it's slower then market samurai, I prefer the SERP checker in some ways, but if you want detailed logs, stick with Market Samuari, Traffic Tervis's SERP checker is somewhat basic in terms of logging, the backlink checker has some good features, such as listing all the backlinks with PR0/PR1 etc, the IP address the backlink is hosted on, the anchor text, etc.

Thanks guys. I've installed IBP (Internet Business Promoter) and Traffic Travis I think they're both great programs but I defiantly think Market Samurai's Rank Tracker Module is the one that stands out for me. For me the problem is that it gets stuck at 15% when I check ranks, I'm using one of the versions I found off of BHW and maybe they've blocked my IP from doing checks or something along those lines. Eitherway I'll continue to check out the best SERPs apps out there and give you my review but if anyone has any idea why MS is doing this or has a fix to it I'd appreciate that alot.
    Thanks again
