No joke. I was uploading numerous porn videos to xhamster, xvideos, and so on until I got that very same situation as you OP. I thought it was nothing and I ignored it.

Then a few days later, some lawyers and 'agents' knocked on my door and 'raided' my home. They showed me a legal letter saying they have a legal warrant to search my home and laptop for infringing their copyright. One of the lawyer even told me that for every count of copyright infringement, they can sue me for up to $50K per film uploaded. Mind you, I uploaded nearly 20 films and that could have been $1 fucking million. Thankfully, my school laptop was the one that I used to upload and it was in my dorm on that very day not at home. So they didn't had any evidence in the end and it was dropped. I stopped doing porn re-upload after that incident.

If I was you, I would immediately burn my laptop or hide it before they use it as evidence, OP.

What kind of question is that? Your uploading content on a pornsite and this content does not belong to you (therefore they can close your account(READ THE ToS)). If you don't want your account to be closed then you should delete the videos asap.
 
No you're not. I got like 5 videos taken down of Pornhub (i know it's not xvideos) because DMCA and nothing happens. They just removed my video that's it.
 
What do you expect when you steal content? Our DMCA agent will get you, they send out dozens a day to guy's like you stealing content. No, it's not okay and you know it.

80% of xvideos members doesn't own the videos dude.They just upload for cpa offers.I can't delete those videos right now.

You're talking bullshit bro,pornhub deleted 7 videos for copyright and other adult sites too,This can result to account ban,nothing more.
 
Bro all of these guyz are just trying to scare you, believe me nothing will happen. they will just disapprove the videos but they wont close your account also its not a serious issue.
 
How can you delete manually the video? I am not authorized to delete when it gets a notice. I have to wait for xvideos to delete them.

PS: The most funny I encountered was chaturbate team calling me on my cell phone to delete a video on pornhub haha.

No it's not. If a guy like you keeps stealing our content we just have to follow your "watermark". Next our lawyer sends a nice message to the program you promote, what will happen next you think? Nothing? Do you really think it's okay to steal content from big compagnies? If you would like to upload videos I would suggest you buy some content yourself.

I know this bro,I don't care what they are saying,this is not my first time for copyright I made copyright every day I doesn't give a shit but in xvideos was the first time and I've read somewhere if you made 3 strike for copyright your account will be banned I'm scaring for this.

Yeah,if this happen they have the right to delete my video and ban my account that's it.I said earlier 80% of people stole videos from these big companies.

Sounds like OP just needs to remove the videos that have legal request. Most of this thread has became a hole/cave "hiking" adventure.
